Is Robotus a charity?

Yes. Robotus is a California nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity. EIN: 82-3228740.

Who sponsors Robotus?

Robotus is a nonprofit public benefit project. We don't have any major sponsors or contributors who could influence our activities. That would defy the purpose of our organization. It will take contributions from many humanitarians to successfully fund the development of safe and ethical artificial intelligence.

Is it save to donate with a credit card?

Yes — your payments are secure. Robotus does not store any of your payment credentials. Your payment information is securely encrypted and passed directly to payment provider via their API (Currently we use Stripe). These secure connections ensure a safe, easy, and reliable experience when managing your one time donations or subscrubing for recurring donations for continued support.

What kinds of messages will I get, and why?

You'll only get important messages related to your account or donations — like verification codes, login alerts, donation confirmations, or policy updates. We don't send marketing or promotional messages.

How often will I hear from you?

Usually just a few times when there’s activity on your account, such as logging in, donating, or verifying your information. We don’t send regular newsletters or promotional messages.

Can I stop receiving messages?

Yes! For SMS, reply STOP to any message — you’ll get one final confirmation. For emails, we only send essential account messages. You can stop receiving them by deleting your account.

Do you share my phone number or email?

No. Your contact info is used only for account or donation messages. We never sell or use your info for marketing.
