A.I. Governed by The People

We are here to prepare humanity for the coming Technological Singularity, and to make sure that the most advanced intelligence systems are created and controlled by a large number of wise people who have no vested interest other than the safety of humanity.

Phase 1

We are creating an organizational structure governed by the people with a system of checks and balances, along with security of its information and access. A website/application is being maintained for interaction and discussions.

Phase 2

On our platform, we will organize public discussions about artificial intelligence advancement and its possible impact on humanity. Based on public opinion, we will prepare guidelines and directives to lead the process of artificial intelligence creation and safe implementation.

Phase 3

When we have a publicly controlled organization, we will start the development of an artificial intelligence with humanitarian qualities by implementing the “human element” into our artificial intelligence. We will collect the best philosophies of different nations, originating in their multi-century wisdom, and incorporate them into our artificial intelligence. Collectively, we will create a super intelligence that loves humans for what they are: kind and mean, smart and senseless, strong and weak.

Phase 4

We will advocate for better work and life conditions for people. Human productivity has grown a great deal with the help of various tools and gadgets, but it didn’t change the struggles of most. Most people, same as a century ago, must work long hours or several jobs to make ends meet. We will encourage our society to use increased productivity to allow people to work less hours and live a happier life.

ARTICLE 3    PURPOSES

Section 3.1       General Purpose
The Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.  It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of California (“California Nonprofit Corporation Law”) for public purposes.

Section 3.2       Specific Purpose
To prepare humanity for the coming technological singularity and make sure the most advanced intelligence systems are created and controlled by a large number of wise people that have no vested interest other than the safety of humanity, this Corporation to

  • become an organization with a sustainable structure governed by the people,
  • develop a system of checks and balances for the security of its information, data location and access,
  • organize public discussions about artificial intelligence advancement and its impact on humanity,
  • prepare guidelines and directives to lead the process of artificial intelligence creation and safe implementation,
  • develop an artificial intelligence (“AI”) with a human element by implementing the best qualities of different nations that are hidden in their multi-century wisdom,
  • encourage our society to use increased productivity for reduction of work hours, and set an example how technological progress can change the balance between work and life.
